For those of you who may not know....
or don't recall the few posts I have done. This is my Dad.
He has not been doing well for a few weeks. Not sick necessarily, but
without going into too much detail he has had some issues going on.
He is not one that ever "thinks" he needs to see a doctor.
Imagine almost 17 yrs ago
when we had to convince him to go to the doctor....
first time I ever remember him going
because he was having major issues and turned out he had to have a
Triple Bypass
So these past few weeks have taken a toll on him and he actually
asked one of my sisters to make an appointment
for him to see the doctor. That was this past Monday.
He got the results back yesterday morning and was to have tests done
this morning at the hospital.
My sister told me she would call me when done.
It's 4:49 p.m. his appt. was at 11 a.m. this morning
No One has called....
I am going to give my sister a call and see what she can tell me.
This is the hard part of living 1 1/2 hrs away from family!
Please say a prayer for my Dad!
Thank you for stopping by!
Oh it isn't easy. I'm praying with you that whatever the problem that there's an easy answer. Hope that you hear soon. (I was like this for one of my mother's surgeries. I couldn't believe that it could take so long. It could.)
ReplyDeleteIt is so difficult when a loved one is ill and especially so when they are so far away. I pray that all the tests go well and that your Dad flourishes with all the family love and support that he seems to have. God Bless.
