A Thrift, A Pin & A Copy....

I'm  just starting my Fall decorating!
There's been a bit of a nip in the air around these parts
and so I'm starting to get in the mood.  Of course, seeing
all of the bloggers posting their Fall decor has helped too!

Just this past weekend my husband and I went to our
local thrift store and occasionally I find something actually
worth picking up.  I was so excited when I found this
one gallon jar with a handle.  The lid is missing, but
that's fine with me.  I wasn't sure what I was going
to do with it, but that was fine too.

Then today I got on Pinterest, which I rarely do
don't judge....
and I saw a really cute idea that would work perfect
for my vintage thrift find.

All I had to do was buy some dried peas, some yellow
popcorn and a white candle.  I chose a prayer candle,
I think they're called.  Unfortunately I failed to actually
"pin-it" and so I can't give credit to the people
who should get it.  Accept my apologies please!

 I really like the layers!
It is perfect for my kitchen too....
I think!

I picked up a pretty bouquet of orange glads too.
Perfect Fall color!

This picture is a tad blurry, sorry about that.
But, I made a quick trip to our local Pumpkin Patch
(local farm that sells their produce)
and purchased the first of my mini white pumpkins.

Tomorrow the hubs and I are going to
Harvest Time on the Farm
here and it will be our 3rd or 4th year going!
I always look forward to this event!

Hope your weekend is filled with
Good Harvest Fun!
As always, Thanks for stopping by!
