Good Stuff!....

My hubby's been away....
I'm sure you know what that means....
time to "play"!

I don't know why, but around here it always seems like
it's easier to get things in order when someone is gone for
a few days.  For some reason the routine changes
just enough to make it easier to
change things up,
even if it's just a little bit!

I saw these labels in a magazine not too long ago....
the latest one I'm sure.  So, I went on the hunt to find them
and there they were at Staples. They come in different sizes
and shapes.  Easy peasy chalkboard labels!

An idea I have seen all over blogland
last winter mostly
is what I was going for....

But first I needed some jars....
not too big, not too small....

But just right.....
you know, to hold the
good stuff!

Since the temps are changing,
it's time to get out the Cocoa Bar....
with all the fixin's!

Don't forget a cute cup and saucer....
to hold the tasty
brown sugar and cinnamon scone!

Now doesn't this look better then a bag and a box?
I think so too!
Do you have a Cocoa bar set up?

Thanks for stopping!
Hope your weekend is a Great one!

I decided to join the party....go check them out!

  1. That is a very nice idea :)
I'm sure that my granddaughters would love to see a coco jar in grandma's kitchen.
I have been enjoying your photos of the Grand Hotel. I have always wanted to go there. My niece and her family have been going up for that run that they have every year across the bridge.
Maybe I'll just have to plan a trip back home and include a stay at the Grand Hotel. It looks so elegant.

    Have a lovely autumn weekend.

  3. Love your cocoa bar. I didn't know there was a chalk board sticker out there. My mind is ticking....neighbor gifts???

Lisa, I thought you were on our blog roll and I realized you aren't. Since I reactivated my blog and started over last year I've realized, over time, many of my former blogs I followed I missed. All taken care of now :)

  4. Oh that looks so good! Is it a homemade hot chocolate recipe?
I need to buy some of those chalkboard labels. I recently put all the stuff for
laundry needs in class jars or bottles to make it prettier....
