Playin' & Dreamin'....

Just the other day we had rain, snow, wind, rain, sun....
CRAZY weather!
I had already gotten out and played a little bit in the yard.
So today when it appeared it was going to be
just a wee bit nice out,
I got out there and did
a wee bit more.

I got my bird feeders out and cleaned them up a bit....

filled them for my furry friends....
any day now they will come!

I picked up a few new things for our porch.
On sale of course,
actually clearanced....
my husband loves me for that!

This planter and the tulips and the tablecloth....
all clearanced.

 New cushion for my swing....
yep, clearanced!

Can you see Brad's smile?

These 2 bird pillows were from Goodwill...
the tag inside says they are from the
Lenox bedding collection,
and they are feather pillows,
I Love that!

Put the tables & chairs where I want them,
Is it too early for the umbrellas?.....
maybe....maybe not!

I Love bringing things out of storage
it's almost like getting new!

close up of my ornamental cherry (I believe)

I got it one year for Mother's Day....
It is always so pretty when it blooms!

 These Lilacs are Ancient.
We trimmed them way down last year and
they are filling out quite nice again.

Here is the beginnings of our shed.
My husband started it last week
when we were on our
staycation Spring Break.
I'm so excited to see how it turns out.
He built one at our last Home when we lived in
Indiana....it turned out so cute.  I know this will be too!
Plus it will block the view from our backyard neighbors!

Well, I had fun playing outside today!
Tomorrow we are supposed to be a bit warmer
but then rain all weekend!
~Figures~
Hope your having fun in your yard too!

  2. Love those bird pillows that you picked up at the Goodwill....super cute! Spring is definitely "springing" at your house....so pretty! Our poor shed is looking so decrepit...it definitely needs to be "rebuilt"....it's on the list, but a ways down the list....can't wait to see how yours turns out!

  3. Those are fantastic pillows and the teapot planter filled with tulips is so cheerful and bright. What a cozy setting your yard and porch are. No wonder the birds will be along any second now!

  4. I just adore your tea pot flower pot. That is darling. I need new cushions but boy they are spendy. Your yard is beautiful and now you can relax and enjoy bird watching with your feeders all set up.

  6. I love all your new goodies. I too love clearance. Everything looks beautiful.. the trees.. porch swing.. feeders.. flowers.. teapot..

Oh.. btw... you asked about the pot sizes in my last post. The base pot needs to be a minimum of around 12" and the smaller pots are around 4-6". The 2 pieces that fit in the bottom pot are adjustable to fit larger sizes as well. Hope that helps.

  7. How nice it was for you to visit me and leave a comment on my secret garden. I love your lilacs and cherry tree. I miss those having lived in Indiana myself. I grew up in Yorktown and each Easter we took our pictures under our flowering lilac bush. I enjoyed my visit here.

  9. Satta king Play Bazaar On the off chance that you are considering beginning a web promoting website, at that point there are five general inquiries you will need to reply. Who are you focusing on? What are your site targets? What do your guests hope to get from your site? What do you lean toward your guests to leave with when they are finished? For what reason should these guests return?

I would enjoy hearing from you!
